Contact — OCSEAS Help

Created November 2, 2026

Stuck on OCSEAS, or spot something wrong on this site? Here is how to get help, in the order that gets you an answer fastest.

Ask in the discussions here

The quickest way to reach us is through the community discussions and reports on this site. Describe where you got stuck: the login page, the activation email, the profile update, the slot booking, or the evaluation. Other applicants read these threads too, and during opening week most OCSEAS problems have already happened to someone else who found the fix.

Keep private details out of public posts. Never share your password, your full ID number, or scans of your documents. Nobody helping you here needs them, and your OCSEAS password should never be typed anywhere except ocseas.csc.gov.ph itself.

Report an error on this site

If a step, date or requirement here does not match what you see on the official portal, tell us in the discussions and say which page you compared it against. We check reports against the CSC announcements and the live portal, then update the guide. The March 14, 2027 exam date, the ₱500 fee and the region assignments all come from CSC announcements, and we keep them tied to that source.

Contact the CSC for account and application problems

Some problems only the Civil Service Commission can solve. A profile locked with a wrong name or birth date, an evaluation that seems stuck, a duplicate account you created by mistake, or a payment-window dispute all belong to the CSC. Reach them through csc.gov.ph or your CSC Regional or Field Office. The office you chose for your personal appearance is the best first stop, because that office will handle your appearance from November 3, 2026 onward.

When you visit or write, have your registered email address, your printed CS Form No. 100 if you have one, and your valid ID ready. Staff can find your account far faster with the exact email you registered.

What we cannot do

We cannot log in for you, recover your password, reopen a full testing center, or check your result. Results are released by the CSC through OCSERGS, with a passing rating of 80.00. Anyone asking for your password or a fee to "fix" your OCSEAS account is not us and is not the CSC.
