OCSEAS CSC Gov PH _ Apply Online _ ocseas.csc.gov.ph

Disclaimer

Created November 2, 2026

This site is an independent guide to OCSEAS, the Online Civil Service Examination Application System of the Philippine Civil Service Commission (CSC). It is not the Civil Service Commission, it is not operated by the CSC, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the CSC or any of its regional or field offices.

Official sources

The only official OCSEAS address is ocseas.csc.gov.ph. The CSC's other official channels are csc.gov.ph and CSC eServe at services.csc.gov.ph. Accounts, applications, evaluations and results exist only inside those systems. If a page that is not at one of those addresses asks for your OCSEAS password, do not enter it. Spelling look-alikes exist, and they are not harmless.

Accuracy

Steps and facts here, including the March 14, 2027 exam, registration opening on November 2, 2026, the ₱500 fee paid in person, the one-time profile update, and the 48-hour window after a "For Payment" status, are drawn from CSC Examination Announcements No. 05, 06 and 07, s. 2026 and the current OCSEAS flow. Systems change and announcements supersede older ones. Confirm the rule that affects you on the official CSC website or with your regional office before acting on it.

No guarantees

This guide cannot guarantee you an account activation, a slot, a passed evaluation, or a passed exam. Slots are first-come, first-served across 98 testing centers and close when they fill. Evaluations are decided by CSC staff on your actual documents. Exam ratings are released by the CSC through OCSERGS, and the passing general rating is 80.00.

Fees

Reading this guide is free, and using OCSEAS itself is free. The only fee in the process is the official ₱500 examination fee, paid in person at a CSC office during your personal appearance. We never collect it. Be wary of anyone charging to register an OCSEAS account for you.

Names and trademarks

Civil Service Commission, CSC, OCSEAS, eServe and OCSERGS are the names of the Philippine Civil Service Commission and its systems, used here only to describe the official process.
